Twist both ends of the Wire Garland together to form a circle of wire. Tuck the ends of the wire within the twists so they don't poke out and ruin the circular shape.
Cut five pieces of ribbon, each 30 inches long. Fold one of the pieces of ribbon in half. Bring the looped end underneath the twisted ends of the wire circlet.
Adjust the length of the ribbons according to the length of the wearer's hair. The ribbons should end about one inch before the end of her hair.
To make a more intricate halo, cut three or more pieces of wire and braid them together instead of twisting them.
